This Hormonal Balance Tea is made up of the original blend of Tepane Tea which is made from 100% purely ground black bush tea leaves; indigenous to the Bapedi people. Our Black Bush Tea has been enjoyed for over five decades in Limpopo. Tepane tea is packed with Anti-Oxidants which maintains good health, and Vitamin A, C, E and Zinc supporting healthy skin, hair and nails. Tepane also contains anti-fatigue, anti-aging, and immune boosting properties.

Ingredients:  Tepane – Black Bush Tea

Hormonal Balance Tea Brewing instructions: 

Add 1 tbl. spoon of tea leaves into a 1L teapot, pour in hot water, and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on required strength. When the tea is ready, pour it into your tea cup through a mesh kitchen strainer or slotted spoon to keep tea leaves out.

Add honey or sugar to taste.

    No more period pains! I’ve always suffered from severe cramps for the first two days of every cycle,until now. I bought Tepane Tea at Food Lovers on Friday (thanks to the amazing sales lady), and honestly, I even forgot I was on my period. No pain, no cramps — just relief!

    Yesterday morning, for unknown reasons I listened to Radio 2000 instead of connecting my phone to play music on my way to Dbn. Then I listened to the owners interview. Did I not offramp to Food Lovers Market and bought Tepa & Diya tea? I drank Diya tea before I slept only to be woken up by the morning alarm at 5. I've been sleeping for 4hrs for the past 3 months.     all my life i was strangling with periods pains, blood flow was heavy and big clods, since drinking the tea my periods are normal wish i knew about the tea long time ago. it works wonders. i have been drinking the tea for a month now morning and at night.
